D'Rae, you can find those fish net nylons at Target, even F21! Nordstroms also has them but they're a little more expensive.
Ohhh, yeah! I love those shoes! And you're right. Target has tons of cute nylons/tights/patterned tights that are a little less expensive than Nordstrom. I stock up on all my cutesy tights in early/late March when everything goes on sale to make room for the Spring/Summer clothes/accesories!
